I was flipping through some magazine while waiting for an appointment the other day and stumbled across an article covering the Presidential Cookie Bake-Off.
Apparantly for the last four elections the magazine asked the candidates spouses to share their favorite cookie recipe. Then, the readers choose their favorite recipe and, remarkably, all of the past winners had gone on to live in the White House.
Let's just hope Michelle Obama's shortbread cookies can hold up against Cindy McCain's oatmeal butterscotch...

Yeah, they tested the recipes out on a day-time show i was watching (Richard and Judy, whoop!) and McCain's won :s

Maybe it's just me and I am not really into the 'tradition' of America, but I don't really care about gun laws at all. They could be completely banned or have scars legal to citizens for all I care. I never have owned a gun and never plan on it. My neighbor's cousin in VW had a friend die because they were both drunk and fighting each other.

Yeah, we need just some more intelligent people. President used to be a spot of prestige, but I rarely see people shooting for it now. They'd rather be a wealthy CEO than be president. We need to stop electing people like Carter, Reagan, and Bush, who seem like one of those honest and nice people. Well they are, but they f*cked over the country too.
