Wether there is Intelligence behind the Universe isn't a silly question.
The reason there needs to be intelligence behind the universe, is because there is intelligence in the universe. A greater thing can not come from a lesser thing. The intelligence humans possess does not from less-intelligent or non-intelligent things in the universe. There must be a higher intellingence that gives man his intelligence.
