roxy, the analogy wasn't mine. im white and should have thought of my own, my bad. regardless, presentation isn't identity and a person's identity is theirs to define, no one has the right to invalidate that by saying they're not who they say they are based on something as benign as their clothing. not that it matters but prolly 90% of my clothes are labeled as womens or unisex. if one of your female coworkers came to work dressed like a man might would you start calling them he if they still identify as female? ****ing absurd.
