This is/was a real article posted on the Guardian's website about an hour ago. They've deleted it already, which tells you how fucking daft it is.

Since when were women competing against men?

If women won more medals that's cos there were more events for them to compete in.

The article is just showing stats. It has nothing to do with pointing out competing against men. All it is doing is showcasing the fact that slightly more women won more gold medals in their events in the same country overall.

typical feminist driven crap. ive told ppl all along that feminism is more about some weird revenge and battle against men that it is about equality. for every double standard women complain about theres a double standard for men but women just like whinin about it more cause they see themself as oppressed victims or like to anyways
