Conan has a fair point; I myself never post anything on facebook that I don't wish to share, but I do find two disturbing flaws in the system.

1) Photos of you. I don't like that your friends can upload any photo of you, flattering, unflattering, or downright defamatory, without your permission.

2) Facebook claims ownership of every image you post on facebook, be it your photo, a cartoon, or something serious like your photography or artwork.

Ultimately, these two things haven't negatively affected me yet, but I would be disturbed to see them used against me in a manner which could affect my life outside of facebook.
