Ok so someone who gets abducted, they then film them and it gets uploaded onto the internet. It then becomes pornography. That is where the link comes from.

Denying the link means you have to assume that no-one in thee porn industry has been exploited. That's a conclusion pulled out of your own ass x

He's not denying it, he just wants to see you use a source to substantiate your claims, which you fail to grasp the concept of.

I could do the same thing as you and say that charcoal in a pressure cooker will create a gemstone.

I have at no point disagreed with the fact that people like being in the porn industry.

I haven't even made a moral judgement about porn as a concept. I am trying to make a moral judgement about exploitation (which happens to be linked to the porn industry).

But you're making assumptions in every post you put in this thread. Everything is an assumption to me until you provide a reliable source for your information.

Not even close. in 2013 everyone and I mean EVERYONE can make a video with their smartphones and post it to the internet. I guess that means that EVERYONE is an insider in the porn industry. You're saying that the rise in the sex slave industry is linked to the porn industry. You have not only failed to establish that, you haven't even proven that sex slavery IS on the rise.

I didn't know this was an academic debate (just a forum)

I didn't really want a heated debate, I just wanted to discuss what people thought...
