The first part was something like "You think you're in America where you can walk around with your lunatic antics" or something to that effect, then the other part was something to the effect of "You're in England, not America, act similar."
Then he followed up with an amendment meant to say that wherever she was from, her behavior wasn't proper, in a manner of speaking.

From what I gathered, she was saying he stepped on her, then she launched into a spiel about how she didn't work for all her money to have "people like him" steal it. Which eventually ended up with her calling him a "smelly Nigerian". Basically, she started off the whole thing with a racist taunt, because he may or may not have stepped on her (if I'm not mistaken). I guess he eventually got fed up at one point when she may or may not have hit him with her bottle, and he teed off.

I'm definitely not condoning either of their behavior.

Ah that makes more sense.

That sounds pretty racist too though...

The girl definitely has a horrible attitude more so. I can understand how it could be aggravating but the dude should have stopped talking to her.

Well, Mayfair is furthur west than the West End, but these days that`s still not west enough.

Yes, that`s a compound of big city living and traditional English reserve; a good survival tactic when you have to pass by hundreds of strangers when you go out.

Although this is the famous "New Yorker`s View of The World", the same applies to London, as Unknown Soldier suggests:-

I was always very proud of being a Londoner; it`s a city with an endless number of things to do and 2000 years of history all piled into one place.

I remember when people who lynched African-Americans were racist and saying racists things just made you a normal person... it's called the 1800s.

Up to the individual to decide whether those comments are racist. There is definite xenophobia in the Nigeria comment so I wouldn't put it past her meaning black people with the 'motherfuckers like you' comment.

EDIT - Forgot to add, the 'racist' is there as I lifted the headline from the Daily Mail (UK tabloid reporting this story) so that's why I put the asterisk there.
I really don't want to choose sides. It is really hard to hear anything said between all the rustling of the newspapers and clickety clack of the train. The announcer announcing "The next station is Moorgate." It made it really difficult to hear. You would think if people on the subway when they see somebody whip out their i-pod to record an incident they would had enough decency to hush up, and put down the news papers and what not, and wtf is up with the guy and the orange bags, get out of the way some serious **** is going down and your blocking the veiw. What up wit dat?

But didn't she say her boyfriend was black, and she gets pegged as a racist? When he press her whether she was black or not, she said it didn't matter and her before accepted her the way she dresses. It seem if he was instagating the whole thing, complaining how she dress then at one point slams Americans something about their antiques, clearly he is the bad guy. I think they got it wrong he is the bigotted anti-American misogynist. I don't know it spun around on her, it seem like the whole time it was just him at her constantly at her, picking on her and how she dresses, punches her calls her a bitch and then calls her an escort, (and I don't think he meant a Ford either) and after he gets his punches in quickly turn sissy after the altercation.

These video footage clips are all the same, badly shot, terrible sound and often just join in the middle of what was going on, so we never get the true story and yes she did say her boyfriend was black. The UK still has a big problem with institutional racism, where people still make sweeping statements based on colour or race, but these people often never identify themselves as ever being racist and indeed may actually have friends and collegues of a different colour.

Any reason why? Apart from my spelling slights which have now been edited.
