Yes this is true. The military spending would be another added expense the US cannot afford.

As for Trump and the 1%, I'm certain he will be cutting all sorts of backroom deals if he gets into office. I don't think Trump's out to help the common man soley out of his benevolence, but at the end of the day, he's relying on their votes to get in. If he doesn't cater to their whims, they'll throw him out in four years.

WTB, have you checked the most recent electoral map? Even if Trump wins every toss up state he falls short of 270. He's not going have a chance to be thrown out after 4 years. Not to mention that Clinton is a master of debates and Trump has zero experience in a one on one debate. He's not going to get away with zingers against Clinton like he did during the GOP debate circus, so I see a big spike for Clinton over the next few weeks.

You must have missed the posts I did on the electoral college vote, I've stated several times Trump's chances of winning are very slim, which does however make him appealing as an underdog. All Hillary needs to do is win Virginia and it is most likely game over.

Trump has guts though, I'll give him that, he's throwing out the entire traditional red state electoral strategy to try something new...flip the blue states, and if he succeeds, then he deserves to be President, and the DNC deserves what it gets.

I'm not even part of the Democrat Party believe it or not. Also his VP candidate loves to the TPP. His VP pick is an establishment Republican. So all the of the nonsense that he says at speeches contradict how his VP feels about the issues. 91% of what he says at his rallies are false when they get fact checked so I wouldn't believe a single thing he says.

His intentions don't matter, its already been well established that Trump isn't a noble individual. What matters is that he reliant on the support of an embittered working class that have watched their wages, standard of living, and life expectancy decrease over the past few decades.

He's successfully been able to court their support, and if he doesn't cater to their whims once he's in office, then his supporters will defect, and he's out in 4.

Yes of course, that's a factor to. Xenophobia always arises when economic inequality increases in a country. People don't tend to worry about immigration when they're life prospects are good.
