You pretty much described every member of this forum. Do you want us all banned as well? If there needs to be a standard for how people post on a public forum, then that can happen, but when you refer to Frownland in the way that you do, you're also describing almost all members here. If you want him to not be a mod, you may as well have all of us banned along with it.

My entire argument is based on the conflict of interest. Regular members don't have the power to ban other members for offenses, but Frownland does have that power...even though he breaks forum rules daily. He should be stripped of his mod powers.

We all break forum rules on a daily basis. That's pretty much how we all act here. And on that note, I don't think I've ever actually seen him ban a single active member. You're basing your argument on a disagreement, which doesn't need to be escalated into a huge thing. Just accept the disagreement and move on.
