Could I have evidence of this? "Repeatedly" is a worthless term if I can't see proof of it ever actually happening.

This is the only one that I would actually call racist out of any the points you just made. Had he said "Acts in the past have made it clear a lot of them do" I would defend it, but his wording is pretty iffy with that one.
