Stop being so cryptic. In plain English: What the **** is the point you are trying to make?

something wrong with that dude

Well, that was weird.

Anyway, back to hard hitting news related to Donald Trump...such as how depressed James Franco feels about it!

Nice mini-deflection Trumpeater. Care to comment on this?

Mexican President: We will not pay for Trump's wall - CNNPolitics.com

Do the Trump posse realize that if he enforces tariffs in order to get Mexico to pay for the wall it will only mean higher prices for US consumers?

You just know Trump dropped "and Mexico is gonna pay for it" on the fly just feeling out the crowd and is now scrambling for someway to back it up because to not would make him a pussy

Here's a song that's more appropriate to the discussion than Pink Floyd's:-

Compared to Trump, the Mexican president (regularly reviled by his own people) now sounds dignified, rational and morally superior - not characteristics that I would ordinarily associate with Mexican politicians:-

Quote:

Enrique Pena Nieto said he "lamented" the plans for the barrier, adding that "Mexico doesn't believe in walls". Mr Pena Nieto told the nation in a televised address: "I've said time and again; Mexico won't pay for any wall. I regret and condemn the decision of the United States to continue construction of a wall that, for years, has divided us instead of uniting us."
But Mr Pena Nieto said his country offered "its friendship to the American people and its willingness to reach accords with their government".

I would also add Trump's plan to sign The First Amendment Defense Act as an event-to-watch-for, which would prohibit the federal government from taking "discriminatory action" against any business or person that discriminates against LGBTQ people. The act distinctly aims to protect the right of all entities to refuse service to LGBTQ people based on two sets of beliefs: "(1) marriage is or should be recognized as the union of one man and one woman, or (2) sexual relations are properly reserved to such a marriage." (as reported by NBC News just before year's end).

probably an unpopular opinion here but i think business' owners should be able to do this if they want. in my personal opinion i would much rather openly know that someone is homophobic or racist than giving them my hard earned money only to find out who i was supporting later down the line. anybody remember the whole cake thing?

at the end of the day you can't force away bigoted individuals, and i feel it's better to let the civilians see what the truth of the matter is and handle it themselves instead of having the government get involved.

Depends on where it is. In some rural locations it could be the only place to get a cake for miles. Framing it as an attack on their religious freedoms is some of the most bizarre lines of thinking that I've ever heard.
