Been mulling over this for the past few days. I'm pretty much convinced that the GOP blowing up the ethics committee via a vote was a setup by top level Trump cabinet members. Think about it.

What is the most absurd and outrageous thing the GOP could have proposed just prior to Trump's inauguration? So for 24 hours after the initial announcement of the proposed gut to the ethics committee most of the country and 75% of congress are screaming bloody murder over the possibility of it passing.

*BAM* Trump rides in on his white horse and saves the day. I wouldn't put it passed Reince Priebus to orchestrate something like this. If so, Karl Rove would be so proud.

Nice rant. Those people are secure in their jobs for at least the next 2 years. Do you realize how short memories are when it comes to politics? Do you honestly believe that any voters are going to remember those 24 hours two ****ing years from now? Do me a favor and shut your snark and sarcasm meters off for 5 minutes and think about the possibility. REALLY think about it using everything we've witnessed in politics the past couple of decades.
