The gathering of the juggalos pulls an attendance that'd put it in the top bracket of hip hop festivals if we're excluding pop music festivals that include hip hop.

ICP has a 30 million dollar net worth.
Twiztid has a 6 million dollar net worth. to put that in perspective... Travi$ Scott has an $8 million net worth. Tyler, The Creator has a $6 Million net worth. Brock Hampton has a $10 Million net worth. Lil Uzi Vert has a $17 Million net worth. Lil Yachty has an $8 Million net worth. Denzel Curry has a $1 Million net worth. Kendrick Lamar has a $45 Million net worth. Edit: Run The Jewels $8 Million. Aesop Rock $1 Million. Danny Brown $3 Million. A$ap Rocky $6 Million. 50 Cent $20 Million. So horrorcore does fairly well for it's self for artists that have no endorsement deals. It's apparently significant. If it has no impact on hip hop culture that'd have to be because it's so far removed from hip hop. Though, arguably 36 Mafia's southern horrorcore style has been one of the biggest influences on the sound of today's hip hop music. Horrorcore has also had an obvious impact on Tyler and Eminem who are two of the most influential rappers. |
Lack of significant impact is no excuse for false dichotomies.

Would we even have an Atrocity Exhibition if it weren't for Esham? Undeniably hip hop wouldn't be where it's at now with out 36 Mafia. |
You're right. Three 6 Mafia and Esham should give back to black culture.
|
So you think horrorcore is taking business from black culture?
Edit: You forget Eminem who's influenced by ICP, HOK and Esham. |
