Looks like they cut off Yang's mic after that first question. Guess the whole UBI thing scared some people backstage. They'll let people talk 20 minutes about $17 trillion in reparations but the second you bring up something that might help all Americans...whoops, can't have that.

Both debates are getting destroyed by all the usual media outlets. CNN and their ilk say that Harris and others are advocating for open borders. I didn't really get that impression, but that's what's circulating.

I say give every African-American an equal share in the NFL. It’s owned exclusively by rich white guys and the labor is like 80% black. Football is an American institution and the NFL completely dominates the professional arena. The coaches and general managers should be elected and only black residents of the city of the team should be able to vote for whoever occupies those positions. Black people could vote on salary caps, rule changes and all that. For the black individual it would be a small piece of the pie but it’s better than nothing and it would keep paying. And it wouldn’t cost the tax payers anything. Plus it’s seriously rightfully theirs. If that’s not enough throw in the NBA too.

There’s no way to properly compensate for that kind of historical injustice but at least they’d be given the rights to the sports they made great in the first place.

Whites keep MLB though goddamnit. And hockey ffs
