My point is that he's in a position that is supposed to be questioned endlessly. He literally signed up for this and he's acting like a father who is being sassed by his teenage child.

It's really suspect when you're more worried about reporters bullying the president than you are about the president presenting a revisionist history lesson while telling them he has total authority.

Just because he talks **** doesn't mean he doesn't care. If he didn't care, he wouldn't be calling Cuomo in the middle of the night and asking how he could help. That tells me more than him doing the equivalent of a reddit ****post to the media about "I have absolute power over the states" when you know he's just ****ing with them. Show me something other than a "what if" and then we can all scream "authoritariansm111" together.

To be fair, I don't think Trump should be even doing the daily standups. He's not a great communicator for this kind of thing even if he "thinks" he means well. Just let Fauci do his thing. Or hell, bring Sean Spicer back. Just get off the stage unless you can discuss actual policy.

America has handled this worse than any country on earth up to this point. Culturally and politically. From Trump to our local city councils, to our lame ass neighbors who refuse to do something as easy as just staying home. Our petty selfishness and greed from the rich hiding away while talking about opening the economy that only serves them to the poor who can’t even keep six feet apart at the store. And what’s the ****ing motto? We’re in this together. We suck and we’re getting what we deserve. And our failure to even just stay the **** inside and have a government willing to enforce such a simple easy as ****ing **** directive doesn’t just put Americans at risk. By not doing our part we’re a global menace that is hell bent on keeping the virus spreading.
