consider something as simple as ettiquite

all the way down the line your brain has wired itself around the social environment in which you've came to be

not a physical thing, it's conceptual, but it tells your physical brain how to behave towards the people around you

Sounds infantile perhaps but it seems like a pill that people can’t swallow. I’m not saying you. I’m pointing out the social component are thoughts and thoughts don’t live in the mystic. They’re chemicals. Collections of elements organized a certain way.
Agreed.

i would argue the inverse, that biological wiring sets the culture(s). being in tune with and adapting to new environments/cultures is a survival mechanism. our biology is what makes us social, not the other way around.

this is true in that you don't have culture unless you have biologically social animals

however not all our behaviors are natural (maybe not even most) that is to say universal as a result of biology and this is what I'm actually talking about

Lobsters are not social animals so all of their behaviors are instinctual

Peterson's comparison to humans is unhelpful because humans do not operate that way

Not even kidding most would consider that to be far right wing near race realism. I'm not sayingI disagree, just surprised to see that opinion.

I don't think you get into "race realism" until you argue that certain races are "biologically deficient" or something. There's nothing far right about thinking that human behavior is dictated by biology unless you start supplementing it with pseudo-scientific neo-Nazi arguments.
