I don't think I've ever heard of anyone who had a good therapist the first time they went. Only horror stories. You just need to search for one that's actually good

Either that or you should actually have to have legit credentials to call yourself a therapist. And, being likeable doesn’t make someone a good therapist. You have to understand the biology. Otherwise you might as well be doing witchcraft.

100% agree with this.
Everyone I know who goes has had at least one really bad one.
Getting help the first time out shouldn't be a freaking coin flip.
