I agree that you maybe should talk to her. This advice is totally based on personal experience, but I just broke up with my girlfriend and the reason it didn't work out was partly because I didn't talk about my difficult feelings. I didn't talk because I didn't want to hurt her, but in the end it only hurt her more because of course she knew something was up

Communication is key in these situations, but there is also an element of "fake it til you make it" when trying to snap out of it. It's so hard for partners when all they want to do is help but you cant even articulate what you feel/need, make sure you're reinforcing to her that it's an internal struggle, and that you appreciate her being there and ready to help. Try not to isolate, keep your normal routine up, take her up on her offers to help. We often resist burdening our loved ones our ****, because we don't want to be overwhelm them, but the truth is us depressards are very mistrustful of others being able to carry that weight. Sometimes you gotta trust fall and let them show you they're there to catch you. Sorry I'm on a lot of sudafed.

Guys, you're wonderful, thank you, but I'm not talking about my relationship with Dana. We're great, lol. The only reason I brought her up was that we just moved so it's supposed to be a fun time for us but this thing I'm going through is preventing me from enjoying it to the fullest.
This is all about the Exo. It's an internal thing. I actually feel better around her so her involvement is the positive of all this. The rest of the world is sh*t. |

Sorry you’re feeling down Exo. Is there any way you could afford a vacation?
