Like Frownland previously said, DWV just trolled me and gave me **** since day one here. I dont hate the guy, he just seems to always have something negative to say

I started therapy this morning.

She asked me why I thought previous counseling was ineffective and I said it seemed like a bunch of unscientific bull**** and she said fine I’ll explain to you the science and neurobiology every step of the way. She’s got the education to do it, too. She also said if you want a psychiatrist to review your treatment periodically we’ll get you one and she just pulled the names up on her computer that take my insurance. We can do that every couple months if it makes me feel better. And honestly it does.
