You know anytime I listen to any country I have to go back to Townes Van Zandt. It's not like any other genre. Whenever I listen to thrash metal I don't have to go back to Slayer. Whenever I listen to pop I don't have to go back to Ke$ha. Whenever I listen to punk I don't have to go back to the Ramones. But when I listen to country I eventually have to go back to Townes cause there's no other artist of any kind who I feel truly understands and expresses purely the misery of simply existing that is the most constant and central feeling of my life and when I get within any distance of him he becomes a siren I must follow.

You know... I ignore that one. Maybe at my own peril but grapefruit juice is like one of standbys.

I LOVE grapefruit juice. I had forgotten about the whole grapefruit juice rule (and it applies more to certain meds than others, such as Latuda) back when I first started both Lexapro AND Latuda AND Buspar at the same time; I drank a bunch of grapefruit juice the night before and again in the morning and I definitely felt very strange-- delirious, like I had a fever-- for the next 2 days. Not sure if it was related or not. (Though when I stopped and restarted the same meds later I felt relatively normal, so maybe)
