I remember back when I didn't have internet, a job, video games, human interaction, or anything but non-cable TV for years and I got to the point where I literally considered myself a sub-race of human who was superior to other humans. Now thankfully all I need to at least maintain some kind of even keel is lots and lots of multimedia. Having the creativity of others to bounce my psyche off of is super helpful.

I purposely answered yes to every suicide question around October last year and was held, which is what I wanted

it seemed like the only way they'd take it seriously instead of giving me useless **** about mentality, but they still didn't really help

Go to a PHP/IOP program, they're a lot more helpful than inpatient.

I suppose I'm lucky in that regard. It's probably less costly than inpatient though.

I don't suppose medicaid would cover anything like IOP/PHP. And ofc the Louisiana medicaid site is incredibly vague about behavioral health services.

Is it Vistaril? I didn't like it because it made me horribly groggy for the next 24 hours. (God forbid they just give me klonopin or something that works for me) I hope it works for you though. It should help with sleeping at the very least. It feels like a more intense version of benadryl.

I used to trip on Benadryl until the most recent attempt. **** makes you psychotic. I can't imagine that would help any with anxiety but hey they're the doctors ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
