I am actually a "Celtic" Irish Catholic technically but I have been mistaken for a jew abroad. In Morocco I was directed to the synagogue repeatedly, by random people on the streets, in French and English, they either thought I was a French Jew or an American Jew. Its because of the curls I reckon.

You should have run around in a colorful tank top and running shorts and tried to get people to exercise in a flamboyant and energetic manner.
