Default Most legendary tunes

im looking to make a playlist of electronicas most legendary tunes, ones which everyone will know.
the most famous ones.

like
Zombie Nation - Kernkraft 400
Liz Kay - Castles In The Sky
Delerium Ft Sarah McLachlan - Silence

these are just a few, im looking to explore more of electronica, & i believe this is the place to do it.
all sub genres welcome. as long as there legendary!

edit: wasnt really specific.

im looking for the kind of song that everyone will know if you get me.
like say..
adagio for strings, zombie nation. (these are only examples of trance sorry!)
but the same kind of tunes throughout the electronica genre. as i would like to explore more into different sub-genres.
getting my drift ?
im willing to dive deeper into the genre, so this is for the songs that were most memorable for you!

I would imagine some stuff by Crystal Method, but I'm not really sure what exactly is popular in terms of electronica.

I can think of a lot, but I'm not sure if they quite match the definition of electronica that you want. Also, I'm not sure if they would be considered popular, or legendary?

On one scale, Moby has some electronic songs that a lot of people know about, and so does groups like Daft Punk, but they are definitely different from each other.

If I could get clarification, I could think of a bunch.
