The second Ghostbusters movie
Robocop
Citizen Kane
Nightmare on Elm Street
The Goonies
Star Wars movies
Back to the Future series (I did watch half of one movie on TV once..)
insert ****loads of other films people call classics I forgot or do not know at all.
I did not even know American Psycho at all.

I did watch Fight Club, that was really fun. Also really liked Django Unchained. Inception was okay.
I watched like, half of pulp fiction. .Sort of, hard to explain. I love Samuel L. Jackson. oh, I watched all Harry Potter movies and I like them.
I also watched a bunch of considered classic animated films.

The only live action tv show I fully watched is that british show The Inbetweeners. Other than that it's animation.

Only really needs to watch The Godfather and Citizen Kane off of that list.

Seriously? You're that pretentious to tell someone that they don't have to watch Star Wars and Jurassic Park, but that they just have to see that movie about the guy whose last thoughts before his death were of a ****ing sleigh?

Also, Die Hard, the first Matrix, and the first two Terminators are all ESSENTIAL entertainment.

I'm not saying that those other films aren't great, but the ones I listed are the only ones I'd say are essential. Plus the plot of CK is only a small part of what makes that film brilliant.

Screw that. The Goonies is the true masterpiece in that list!

CK is a case of immense style over plot substance IMO.
