Roel Funcken - Vade
New solo album from one half of the Dutch sibling electronic duo Funckarma.

Dimlite - Prismic Tops
New EP from Swiss electronic/glitch hop artist.

Public Image Ltd. - This Is What You Want...This Is What You Get
My first P.I.L. album. I heard the song 'This is Not a Love Song' on the radio this weekend and it was just what I needed to dive in. I'd already been scoping out other albums.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

Jeff Buckley - Sketches For My Sweetheart The Drunk

Being a big fan of Grace, strange I've never really bothered with this. Decided to download it. I'm yet to listen, let's hope it was worth the effort of clicking a few buttons.

It is! Didn't enjoy it quite as much as Grace, but there are a few gems on here that make it all worth it.

Good album that, and definitely better than I first gave it credit for myself. Still not exactly one of my favourite PIL albums, but good enough for me. Bad Life, 1981 and the Order Of Death are my personal favourites off it.

Fun Lovin' Criminals - Loco

The title track's a great tune in a sleazy, over-familiar way. I don't really expect much from the rest of the album, but it should be vaguely interesting at least.

The Presets - Apocalypso

And some slightly more modern stuff. No idea what it'll sound like though (it was one of those find downloading at random from time to time).

Cocteau Twins - Treasure
Been meaning to get this for ages. A really cool dreamy album.

Alcest - Écailles De Lune
What an awesome album. There's a more black metal influence on it than 'Souvenirs...'. One of the best albums of 2010 so far.

Blood Red Shoes - Box Of Secrets
Some great hook-laden alternative rock. Nice.

^^Great call on the Cocteau Twins
Probably my favourite album of theirs along with Heaven Or Las Vegas. Absolutely gorgeous music to unwind and relax to…
I really need to get around to checking out that Alcest album as well…

VOND - Green Eyed Demon

Picked it up from clearance at the record shop downtown.
I've heard some pretty bad things about this one but seeing as how I'm a big fan of early Mortiis as well as Vond's "Selvmord" thought it was worth a $1 gamble...
I'm going for a walk and will give it a listen in a few minutes here..

Nat King Cole - The World Of Nat King Cole

Ella Fitzgerald - Lullabies Of Birdland

^ As per getting into some 50s vocal jazz and swing lately.

The Best Of the Gerry Mulligan Quartet With Chet Baker

^ I couldn't find White Blues or My Funny Valentine anywhere, so this'll have to do.

The Rolling Stones - Some Girls

^ Could've sworn I had this album before. Apparently not, so here it is.

I think its definitely worth it. There are some tracks on it that can be quite hard to listen to as they are in demo form and so clearly unfinished. That has more to do with thinking what those songs could have been though rather than being poor as they are.

Good call on Alcest. Im currently loving that one. Its heavier than Souvenirs for sure which i was hoping would work, as i think Souvenirs is gorgeous and the vocals have alot to do with that. It works well though i think.

Ive never known what to make of Blood Red Shoes though. I suppose it serves a purpose if you just want hooks and fairly generic background music. Some of those tracks would work well in an indie/rock club too I guess.
