Engine - Die Warzau

Hmmm... ok. This album has different attributes though essentially industrial. It's more a combination of industrial, metal, electro, rock, bits of funk, hip hop and some... obscure/slow jazz? I think it's quite flexible for an album, and I do like the avenues it navigates. The only thing I'm unsure about are the vocals...



Don't give up before 2 minutes into the song it changes significantly.

Young Fathers - DEAD (2014)

Hmmm. It's very good, nut not quite as good as I thought it might be, so far at least (six tracks in). I will give it a few more plays.

Soulful Hip Hop/R&B. Also quite abstract. Their two previous albums are stellar.

Have you heard any of their previous music?

I would suggest working from front to back in their discography. May set you up for a disappointment with their latest project though.
