Quite an album ain't it - I was gonna get Third Reich 'n' Roll but that looks like one of those albums you need to sort of work your way towards through their discography

I have to really be in the mood for them but they are an astonishing band. If you want to hear something a little easier on the ear try 'Tweedles'. They made it about three years ago and is quite accessible, as far The Residents go anyhow.

Heartlands OST-Kate Rusby, John McCusker

A fantastic soundtrack to a fantastic film. British Folk at it's most gentle and mesmerising. Took me a long while to find this bugger.

"Astonishing" doesn't really do them justice. Taken as a whole, they're possibly the strangest and most innovative band to emerge in the last half century.

Eskimo and Not Available ftw.

Since I have the Complete Peel Sessions and I love This Nation's Saving Grace, I thought I should acquire some more Fall. I still need to listen to Grotesque.

My flatmate wanted this because Pino Palladino plays bass on it.
