havne't heard enough to have an opinion - only really heard some Mudvayne singles but I don't like 'em

fave Slipknot is Iowa, really

Out of curiosity, is Slipknot your favorite nu metal band? Speaking of unpopular opinons, nu metal doesn't get any love around MB. (hardly any love anyway) What's up with that? Something else I had on my mind was that no one around here seems to like Nine Inch Nails very much? Or maybe I just haven't talked to enough people?

read my earlier post here, i listed all my fave nu metal albums

fave nu metal band is Slipknot, of coz

i love Nine Inch Nails - but that's just mostly With Teeth - i wouldn't like him as much if he didn't come out with that album

Does it ever annoy you when people say "Slipknot sucks" or "9 people and they still can't make anything good" or other remarks like that?

That's interesting. Most NIN fans don't care much for With Teeth. Have you heard The Downward Spiral or The Fragile?

If able, I would throw the entire genre of Nu Metal into the pits of hell. There are a hand full of bands that are fun (White Zombie, Static-X), but by and large I think the genre is worthless.
