That I can agree with. I mean, at least when it's shit like "blackened death metal". Give me a ****ing break.
Unfortunately, good does not necessarily = relevant these days

The Beatles were lame

Pop music sucks

Load was a decent album

"Breaking the Habbit" isn't 'emo'

Linkin Park isn't emo

Oomph! >>> Rammstein

How were the Beatles lame? Pop? Isn't David Bowie pop?

I think we've had this converstation before.

What about David Bowie? Experimental Rock =/= Pop. Besides, I don't think he particularly 'exciting', not necessarily lame but not that good.

What is with you pop elitists thinking that just because a band is more popular it's better. I don't give a s*** how highly the Beatles are regarded by everyone, it doesn't change the objective fact that they were lame. I don't care how many lists they appear on, how many times they are on rolling stone, etc.

I agree with Oomph actually. The Beatles WERE pretty lame.

But, uh, I think that everyone here knows that Linkin Park isn't emo. These days they're like, pop-rock.
