Yep. A profanity filter can be a bit of a problem on a music forum.

"Alternative" became anything but in the 1990s. Almost every mainstream band seemed to get tagged with that. I didn't hear a ton of Del Amitri, but what I did (like "Roll To Me") seemed to fit in with the other bands I mentioned.

I also enjoy skate-inspired pop-punk such as Lagwagon and Millencolin.

I agree with lucifer_sam. Green Day and The Offspring used to be awesome.

How anyone can dismiss this track as anything less than awesome is beyond me

If you're posting in the music forums make sure to be thoughtful and expressive, if you're posting in the lounge ask yourself "is this something that adds to the conversation?" It's important to remember that a lot of people use each thread. You're probably not as funny or clever as you think, I know I'm not.

I can play your video in the post, so i'm not sure what song it is.

Is it just my PC that can't play it, it's just solid white.

Yeah but it is not really an alternative sound. In Britain they were just another safe middle of the road rock band. Shamefully I like a couple of their tracks

I can't play it either. It says the video is no longer available.
