Am I allowed to be neutral on the Rush issue?

I'd just like to point out that they have more talent and money than you will ever have.
And i've also never inflicted 20+ dull albums on the world

I think they have used their talent well, still making money in 2008.

As for your comment on 'prog fans'... I think progressive rock is pretty improtant.

...and I'd have a hard on if I had a ****.

Phew. I knew I couldn't be the only one who sort of likes them but still understands why some people find them annoying.

No need to be anything on it.

I don't hate them and i'm not irritated by them, that's why they're not on the list. I have much bigger fish to fry than some prog rock band I don't give a **** about.

I just find them boring thats all.

It is

that's why I aimed the comment at certain types of fans of it and not the music itself.

Just because you make money doesn't mean your making use of your talent...

My friend used to love Rush, Soundgarden, and now he is into blues more...thank god. Instrumentals have to be extremely memorable and catchy for me to like them...most of the stuff they do bores the **** out of me. Limelight is alright tho.

I'm neutral on them. I can enjoy their music, but it's never what I choose to listen to.
