How could Wayne be a temporary gimmick? He's been in the game for 11 years. Also, I don't know how you can give an illusion of unique; it either is or isn't. With Lil Wayne, it can go either way in some songs, but he has some that have a great amount of authenticity.

But we're both forgetting it comes down to taste with everything. Obviously, elitists don't like Lil Wayne. I'm fine with accepting that.
