I love that weird ass vibrato thing - it goes really well with that old pre-ethereal, 4AD goth sound the band had. I think 'Blood Bitch' may be my favorite of all CT songs. I don't know all of their albums but the ones I do - I know really well. So my abbreviated list goes like:

Victorialand > Blue Bell Knoll > Garlands > Treasure > Heaven or Las Vegas

I don't remember liking the stuff that came after Heaven much at all - they had become way too snooze-worthy for me by then. I would probably rate Head Over Heels fairly high but I can't really remember it right now.

Well, he would have to smarten himself up a little first.

Victorialand first, huh? It's a great album, but there is no way I could put it before Treasure. And I'm surprised you don't like their later albums if you like Blue Bell Knoll that much...I find its sound very similar to Four Calendar Cafe. Either way, I love the variety of music they put out...your rankings vs. mine show how they can appeal to different tastes.

I ranked it third--what more do you want? It's not going to finish ahead of the self-titled or Follow the Leader...

First was either going to be Victorialand or Blue Bell Knoll and Treasure only falls behind Garlands because I find that one so fascinating. Really, all four of those are hard for me to rank among each other.

The later stuff - I dunno - it just seems ever so slightly more cute and twee compared to even the prettier sounding early stuff. I need at least a dash of darkness in there. Maybe I'll give the late ones another chance someday

But... it isn't... not by a longshot in my opinion. Marshall Mathers and Slim Shady LP's were both better.

And FaSho, Infinite had one/two good tracks on it. It shouldn't be so high in the rankings.
