I'll start. Elliot Smith was brilliant. His music sounds so pure, yet so thoroughly captures chronic depression. Yeah, he wants to be the Beatles but so does everyone else. Considering his moderate sucess during life and the fact that he got huge post mortem, I'd have to agreee with you. He's everywhere. Overrated as hell. Still amazing though.

EDIT: I thought you said he was overrated, not that you hated him! Elliot Smith is amazing. I hope your hentai blow up doll bites your pecker off!

Cave is a terrible singer. Not a good one like Phil Collins.

You'll have to do with overdose in the case of Nick Drake and getting stabbed in the chest in the case of Elliott.

I missed Isaac Brock, I should've bolded him but I didn't know it was the guy out of Modest Mouse. I really like Modest Mouse but don't know them by their individual names.
