Default Being a musician without record company?
there are
1. online distribution company, like CDBaby or Tunecore,
2. music retail store, like iTunes
3. SNS, like MySpace

Potentially, managing a band without those record label is possible.
What do you think?
Or, is there any musician who actually is successful without record company?
