yeah but we all know OJ did it, he might've been acquitted but he was far from innocent plus Karma paid him back tenfold and he did jailtime or is still in jail for something stupid and unrelated.

Ah you are one of those? So I guess you wouldn't care about the Montgomery Bus Boycott either. It's all Rosa's fault that she didn't get her lazy ass up and move to the back of the bus like she was supposed to.

I have no problem with the verdict. If I was on the jury, I would have voted the same way the jurors did but the fact of the matter is he decided to get out of his car, stalk a teenage boy on his way home and then when he sneaks up on him and an altercation breaks out he cowardly shots the boy dead. Supposedly he rescued some people recently. He had enough muscle power to rescue those people but he couldn't wrestle a teenage boy off of him? come the fuck on.

No, Cali doesn't have this law. There are 23 states that have the law or similar variants of it but it would be best to concentrate on boycotting one state and attempting to get them to change that law then work on the others.

Those same hardworking Floridians put the people into office by voting for them and they put those laws into place. Protesting is all fine and dandy but people listen to money first and foremost and when they see that they are going to be losing out on so much money the people in power that does have influence will work their hardest to see that things get changed so they can go back to business as usual.

People in Florida need to understand, that if someone smashes your head against the pavement repeatedly, you have no right to defend yourself.

they need to understand that it's not okay follow people even after being told to stay in their car just because they don't like the look of the person and the fact that they are wearing a hoodie.

California has the law and its called the Castle Doctrine. The fact is a young boy lost his life and its tragic. Thats all, no need to boycott valencia oranges from Key West as it will do nothing to further the abolishment of the Castle Doctrine. Another fact is Zimmerman was acquitted of all charges, end of story. Can we learn something from this, sure we can, but bringing up Rosa Parks isn't gonna help with the learning process.

anticipation.....this guy gets it. good on you

also agree with hip hop bunny. i am not trollin either, but im glad zimm got off on his charges. lost respect for a lot of celebs thru all of this too because of refusing to perform and a lot of idiotic tweets. a lot of ignorance goin around fueled by the sensationalism of the media. im shocked at how many seemingly well adjusted and smart ppl got caught up in their fake narrative

I brought up Rosa Parks just to point out the fact that you are just one of those type of people that don't believe in fighting for anything or so it seems.

Boycotting is a peaceful solution as opposed to rioting and it's part of the process of trying to get a law changed that shouldn't be on the books anymore.

you miss the point on boycotting because its not like boycotting a guy at the farmers market who is an open racist. its boycotting playin shows, costing tons of people who not only had nothin to do with the case or the law, but who also probably AGREE with you. its those ppl they are hurting.

he (zimmerman) was defending himself from being attacked. Who knows wtf the person on top of him was going to do.

i think it applies to both. we'll never know what happened at the point of initial conforntation. but from what zimm says, i think it makes sense. and i dont have a shred of proof tht i should think otherwise.

So:

1. When one's head is being bashed against the pavement, you've no right to self-defense.

2. When one's being followed for no apparent reason, it's ok to react violently.

Is some elaborating in order, 'cuz, as it stands, this makes no sense.
