Trey Anastasio, the guy is so versatile he can play just about any style while doing the lead vocals, only other guy on the list that does that is kurt cobain and he is nowhere near the talent of trey.

For on this list skill-wise I'd say Jimmy Page, but Kurt is close cuz ^^^.
