Jazz fusion already took care of hilariously bad jazz fusion though.

I haven't listened to much jazz-fusion, but I get the feeling that it might just be the worst form of music ever invented. The most boring elements of jazz -- minus both the catchiness of simpler forms, or the potentially interesting qualities of the more experimental strains -- combined with castrated rock-lite.

Some jazz fusion is fantastic, but a good lot of it is utter tripe.

The idea wasn't quite to be super original. I guess I need to listen to more underground punk rock or something to know what's already been done.

I just want to make music without investing so much time and energy. My resources are limited, as if that needed to be said.
I could get good later on, but I'm having feelings of obsession in listening to my own flesh and blood. Like what would birth of my own craft?

I got my cellphone and I got my desktop microphone. It'll suffice.

Hey ! Hands off jazz fusion. It´s as good (or bad) as any other genre.

Maybe punk rock starts off very simple, but in music the simple things have a way of quickly turning complicated :-

I strongly oppose to this genre..

it's all attitude not talent and it's cheap way to call yourself a musician.
you start out as a crappy musician and that's all you are until you get better and until you do so i can admire your dedication and spot your potential but can't applaud your act yet.

You need to develop a form and a structure that comes from experience not just plug your instruments and play them loud and call it a day.
