So, all the haters can suck it!! Out of all of the third wave "hair" bands that came out in late 80s, I think Warrant is the most underrated. So many great tunes -- Bed Of Roses, 32 Pennies, Andy Warhol Was Right, Quicksand, Song And Dance Man, Ultraphobic, Stronger Now, etc, etc. "Heaven" really does bring me back to the summer of 1989 and that was a great summer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uNoJ9YHtqq0

Nah, E'nuff Z'Nuff was the most underrated third wave "hair" band. They weren't even really a hair band, but were labelled as such due to their fashion. They were really an awesome power pop band in the tradition of Cheap Trick and the Raspberries with just a touch of glam. Far better than Warrant, that's for sure, and I like Warrant.

Yes, I could tell the difference between Skid Row and Alice in Chains, however I couldn't tell the difference between Skid Row and Guns N' Roses.
Take a blind fold challenge and seriously ask yourself:
Is this Guns N' Roses or Skid Row?

I only have the first two albums, and I really enjoy them. Strength is awesome.

I just remembered an interview that Peter Gabriel did and he was asked what other vocalists he thought were good. He actually replied that guy from Enuff z Nuff. I thought that was pretty cool. He is a pretty cool singer with an incredible voice. They were frequent guest on Howard Stern..... and he always asked them to play at least one Beatles song each time they visited. Power Pop styled band, who never quite made it as big as they should have - mostly due to the poor choices at management and their first record label (Atco) to promote them more as a glam metal band. Granted, it worked initially, getting them air time on MTV and radio with their self-titled debut album in 1989, but that same image quickly backfired on them by the time their sophomore album, Strength, was released in '91, and grunge music was on the rise. After that, the band continued to release great albums, despite record label and lineup changes, and deaths (due to drug overdoses and cancer). They could just never seem to catch a break.

Alice in Chains (Alice N Chainz, in fact) was most certainly a glam rock band before Jerry arrived.
