I always thought there were better running songs, but once it gets going it's got a decent cadence.

Alter Bridge has some great workout tunes that I usually use for weight training (I don't run much these days), but great for running and keeping the heart rate going too:

I kinda lost track of those guys after the first album but I really like Tremontti's guitar playing and even more for not reforming Creed. I'll have to look into them.

I haven't heard anything past Blackbird. lol Tremonti is a great metal guitar player though.

I hear he's a great Sinatra impersonator as well.
