This band sounds absolutely ridiculous now.

Uhm. What has he stolen? I'm quite curious...

The piano parts and melody to Space Dementia, the piano solo in Butterflies & Hurricane, and the ending piano on Ruled by Secrecy are all ripped off of Sergei Rachmaninoff. I also read somewhere that the Plug in Baby riff was ripped off of Beethoven or someone.

Does anybody have a favorite song?

Mine is "Citizen Erased" off of "Origin of Symmetry". The way they reproduce the same idea several different ways is almost Sonata form. It's not of course, but I love the classical hints.

I'm going to look him up, because when you're trying to make piano to be "classical sounding" you're more than likely to rip somebody off. Whether or not it was deliberate is a different story. Plug In Baby doesn't sound too Beethoven-y too me, but it is just a Harmonic Minor scale, so it wouldn't be too hard to reproduce.

Space Dementia "borrowed" a lot from this one.

I can see what you're saying. I can't hear any one part that sounds exact, so unless I missed it, it's not enough for legal action. Though the feel of the song is very similar.

Eh, it's pretty hard to be sued by a dead man. And I forgot which part it is, either 1 or 3 of that Piano Concerto that has the exact same piano riff used in Space Dementia.

Edit*
I found this

Haha, for a second there I was like "They're even copying the drum intro!". Yeah I'm pretty slow sometimes. But Yeah I see what you're saying. It could very well be deliberate plagiarism. But it could be just something that he thought he created and created it. Like that Malcolm in the Middle episode where Malcolm recreated the Meow Mix song on guitar. Even I have recreated "Let it Be" with the same chords and melody in a different key. Luckily my friend pointed it out, haha.

The Resistance is easily their worst... it's a shame, I hope the next album is more Prog/Space Rock and less boring-ass Arena Rock

Seconded. The Resistance sounded absurd.
