How much I wish I could go to these. Sonic Youth performing Daydream Nation and Slint doing Spiderland. Would be so incredible.

I bought Slint tickets and am asking my dad to book me a plane ticket to London.

Sadly, I've been told that the gap between the concerts is too long (school), so i'm choosing the Slint concert over the Sonic Youth.

Ive just listened to 1989's The White(y) Album. Good God what a record, I think I shall write a review soon.

Tis a crazy record and it was released in 1988 before Daydream Nation because they did not want to detract attention from DD if you want some trivia.

I know many people think that's one of their worst. I think it's ok, although nowhere near their best. Its weird hearing them do an acoustic track, although i do like it a lot.

ithink it's partly because i never got into dirty when it came out but i did get into jet set when it did...so it was always their best album to me...i think that acoustic track at the beginning is one of the best songs ever, by anyone....love that tune..
