A friends daughter did that for St Baldricks this year, and as nervous as she was about it (she's in HS where kids can be rather cruel), it turns out she looks good either way. She got quite a bit of respect for it too from her peers.

The before pic was adorable and I couldn't quite picture the short hair but I have to agree with everyone else, it does look really good. You suit it.

Your boyfriend is a brave man though. Buzzing a girls head is something I can safely say I will now and forever be too busy to do.
