It's probably your brain telling you that your blind spots in your music taste like metal and hip hop aren't exactly because you're in a world where that is your reality, but more because the only time that you focus on them is when they're literal ****.

Honestly, I feel it's only a matter of time before this is an actual thing that exists. (I figure once it does Vice will be the first to do an article about it. "I Lived in a Wal-Mart Punishment Cocoon For Two Weeks With a PCP-Addicted Clown: Here's What I Learned")

They totally would. I remember when they were a half-decent site (they had some rather entertaining history articles about inept criminals of yore etc) 8 or so years ago.

Dreamed there was a terribly important bird racing event happening in some town one night, and I was to be one of the announcers (because I always was). The birds vaguely resembled fluffy black chickens but with half of their bodies shaved, and each wore a tiny red, square hat and a small, badly sewn little cape. Since, again, it was night, you could barely see them flying overheard, so really it was an entirely pointless event, but there were a good four or five people who were enthralled and expecting our super important sports commentary. So I and the two others sat with our old-timey microphones and made comments about the birds' "impressive athleticism" and "disarming elegance" (these birds were absolutely not elegant) -- my job was to keep score somehow, so I had to just make up a bunch of nonsensical sports jargon and keep track of which birds had the most sports points. I actually woke myself up from laughing which frightened my roommate.
