That is a terrible riddle because there are a million reasons.
Maybe the cabin had deadly nerve gas in it, they walked in, and died.
Maybe they didn't have any food, but they were all paraglegic so the couldn't go to the store and buy any.
Maybe a crazy man walked in and murdered them all.
This is a stupid riddle.
