Haha...right...like they don't have the power to revoke his internship. I'm not saying it isn't slightly paranoid, but it is being careful. Seriously...imagine being a boss and a potential employee calls and asks about drug testing. Really, who are the only people concerned about drug tests?

Yeah, I am guessing they would just can his internship for no reason...

Cause asking a question about your own hiring process is grounds for losing your job.

It has no negative effect on your chances of passing the drug test. Don't be afraid to ask questions that are about your life. There is a 0.1% chance they will terminate your internship just for asking.

I like the idea of trying to find the name of a previous intern, although their answer is far from the absolute way they will test me.

Thanks for the advice, fellas. For the record, as high of a priority having fun in Amsterdam is, this internship is still more important than smoking weed legally...

Until you start work that first day they can do whatever they want. They can pull an internship anytime they feel like it...especially considering there are probably thousands of other qualified applicants waiting to get the call.

I can tell you right now if I was hiring and I got asked that question, my first response after the call would be to look and see who else we have. You aren't even considering what a call like that would imply.

Just a quick question guys, anyone ever had weed that smells strongly like mint, and not the normal pot-scent at all?
Anything helps, I'm going to smoke it either way, but if someone knows something just for me to know in the future.

Is it more moist than usual? Are you sure it was minty or was it more chemical/ethanol-ish? Did you get it from someone you trust? My buddy asked me the same question once and turned out it was PCP. He didn't have a whole lot of fun.
