Nah, I doubt it, it feels and looks like normal weed, it's just a weird mint scent. I got it from the guy I've been going to for a while now, known him for 5+ years so i doubt that is the problem. PCP? Angel Dust? I haven't seen or taken it in real life so I wouldn't know how to identify it, but I heard it isn't the best drug, lots of danger tied to it, think I heard some guy tore open his girlfriends chest while on it, no thanks.

Yeah...the whole tearing open of chests thing seems to be common with PCP. Here, police found a guy who killed himself in his car with blood that wasn't his all over him. They went to his apartment and found his girlfriend with her chest torn open and her lungs eaten. What a party drug.

Although I really doubt that it's as common as people think, and I chalk up most of the second hand accounts people tell to urban legends originating somewhere down the line from a far smaller amount of actual cases.

Anyway, regarding minty smelling weed, it's quite possible that it was stored with something that smells like mint. It's not uncommon for people to scent weed as a way to market it, or for personal use.
Whether it's laced or not, there's really only one [easy] way to find out. I wouldn't throw out the bag without taking at least a little bit to be sure.

I think you are right, but no matter how many times it has actually happened, it seems the lungs are an attractive snack option. What is it about the lungs?

It's a different, more hardcore munches you get with it. I'm going to smoke the bud now, so hopefully it won't be tied with anything, but if it is, I'll be sure to keep some type of fried chicken nearby...
