I think it's nice smoking in cars. just driving when its hot outside with the windows down is nice enough on its own.

It's also always nice just doing it outside around a bonfire with friends.

So freezing on the way to the bar one of the nights. It's a good 15 minute walk and we got outside and the wind was howling and the snow was coming down. They may have been wrong about driving stoned in there case but in many including my own I think driving skill is better. Now my skill behind the wheel does not literally increase after having smoked, but the attention I put forth towards driving safely and legally are vastly increased due to the nature of the illegal activity taking place in the car or in my head. Typically I barely pay attention while driving my car because its so damn boring.

On the other hand I have done hundreds/thousands of miles on my motorcycle while quite baked and never even came close to crashing since I Pay extra close attention to what Im doing.

Dude, if you have to increase the attention you give to driving when high, then it does decrease your ability to drive.
