I heard from someone that there is some stuff you get called resin, and you can use it as a backup when you are out of herb for a free high.

What the hell is this resin thing? Is it the black stuff left on the glass?
Do you scrape it off? Anyone?

Haha yeah resin is the black tar **** left on your bowl after you smoke. It works I guess but it is hardly worth it. I forget where I read this but someone said "Smoking resin is like having sex with a slut. Sure, you have a good time but you just end up regretting being so desperate. At least it was free."

Yes. It's the sticky tar-like stuff that builds up in the pipe. Scrape it off but be careful as glass pipes are easily broken this way. After you scrape it all out, you can smoke it by itself or with tobacco or more weed.

I actually had my first experience with acid this week, we basically did everything you said. Had the house to myself for a couple days, a week off of school, and just a couple close friends so it was pretty much the perfect environment. I also had a very experienced friend there that was sober the whole time.

At first I was planning on shrooming but my friend actually said that acid is a better place to start. Apparently you're more in control on acid, not that you really want to be tripping and have to be in a situation where you need to be in control of yourself.

I would definitely do it again, I just don't really like the idea of having to siphon off huge parts of my day, or an entire day, just to trip. I'm definitely not tripping again until this school semester is over though, way too much stress.

I'll admit to scraping my bowls clean during dry spells before, Duga pretty much was spot on with the sex with a hooker comparsion. It tastes awful and smells like dirty hippies, but you get a decent high from a few hits, definitely a resource if your desperate and haven't cleaned your bowls in awhile.

I admit that it is not very good tasting, but it is a free high. It sucks not having any bud though!!! Is it normal that it like crackles? (like rice krispies do when you first pour the milk in)

If it's sticky enough, then yeah, resin will crackel a bit when you light it. Once you hit it a few more times it'll start dry out.

i've smoked resin too. i usually make a gatorade bottle gravity bong and do it like that. one hit of that does the trick.

Thanks ThePhanastasio, I find what you've written very useful!! Though I'm not planning to try shrooms or acid now as my state of mind is not at it's best, I might some day!

Not long ago I tried for the first time weed and I found it really good. I guess I hadn't tried it before because of prejuice, young silly me. I agree on what ThePhanastasio said about being in a confortable environment, I think it wouldn't have been the same if I had tried it in a club for instance, it was in a house with some experienced friends and listening to Radiohead. Oh, music sounds so good!!! It's as if it enters through all your body.

Here in Argentina the possession of marihuana is legal but not the carrying (even small quantities), which is a bit ilogical.
