Oh I'm sure I would be tired of perpetual Summer too but I still prefer hot weather anyday of the week. I really hate wearing lots of layers of clothing so I will always complain about the weather here no matter what.

True. When it's hot, you wake up feeling dirty and sweaty... Plus you can open the windows, but it only causes more mosquitoes to enter, and you get no breeze from it.

Torrential downpours everyday sounds perfect to you?

Seriously, like Lateralus said, I think if you spent a while living somewhere really hot you'd change your tune. I always remember working outside with a hangover in Florida one day when the heat index was 114 F (46 C). The air felt like syrup. No fun.

And to think, some people pay to go to the sauna.

It was like that in China, but I don't think the smog helped much. In the morning the blistering heat wasn't bad only problem was it exhausts you quickly, but I'm with Jackhammer, sorry . I can't wait to move out of this cold ****hole, don't get me wrong I do love it, but not constant coldness, rain, and gail force winds almost everyday.

..and if it rained every other day with horrible grey skies then most people would be sick of that too. As has been stated the grass is always greener but I do suffer from S.A.D (which is hard to admit as I like to think I'm indestructible) so I miss warm weather and sunshine a lot.

Yep 114 F is pretty much a regular temperature here in summer. It's not fun at all! Neither are severe water restrictions, dust, bugs, sunburn, bushfires, etc....

114 is pleasant compared to 130 - 140 for most of a year in a middle eastern climate. It's like being God's little gingerbread cookies.
